and creamy texture. Our Goat Milk cheese is crafted in the farmstead tradition using high quality

fresh Kosher milk produce from goats. The taste is mild and versatile. Without the process of aging,

or flavoring.

Storage and serving suggestions

Mild and fresh with a complex flavor, Fresh Chèvre is versatile and can be used in both savory and

sweet dishes. On bagels or fresh baked baguette. Try it in a salad, over pasta or in a cheesecake.

It freezes beautifully, it means that you can have it handy whenever you need it.

Opened cheese will last 3 weeks stored at 38-40 degrees in your refrigerator.

Pasteurized cultured Grade A Kosher goat milk, sea salt and vegetable enzymes, cultures.
